Built between 1904-1910 in the art nouveau style, according to the plans of the architects Daniel Renard and Petre Antonescu, the building of the Casino is placed on seashore and its esplanade is splendid. The pedestrian area around the Casino is a sought-after destination for couples and families, especially at sunset.

The edifice of the museum was built in the time period from 1911 to 1921, after the plans of the architect Vasile Stefanescu.
In the beginning, it hosted the town hall of Constanta.
The museum was settled into this building since 1977.
In the 20 rooms, the museum has a wealth of numerous exhibits of all historical eras.
In the museum, there are a lot of archaeological documents, which demonstrate the long existence of this ancient city.
In the open air, in front of museum, there are many exhibits and segments of old town ruins.
 

Even if you are not so fond of history, you will love navy and military museums. Navy Museum in Constanta is close to the central station and you will definately get to love it once you are there.
Four sections are presented here : ancient , medieval , modern and contemporary eras in 22 rooms. The museum is not very big but it 's made with love for history .
It holds thousands of replicas of various types of ships proper to the Romanian military and commercial navy since its beginnings till today, alongside navigation instruments, documents, books and photos, white and fire arms, anchors, propellers, lighthouse lenses, flags and colors, pictures, various exhibits of a high scientific and documentary value.
